1. Technical implementation
Our web server is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, e-mail: email@example.com.
2. Collected Data
Our server automatically record information created by your use of the web site. This may include data such as:
- your pseudonymised IP address
- browser type
- operating system
- referring web apge
- pages visited
- search terms
- date and time
3. Pseudonymised IP
Only pseudonymised IP addresses of visitors to the website are stored. At the web server level, this happens by default by storing an IP address 123.123.123.XXX in the log file instead of the visitor’s actual IP address, for example, 188.8.131.52. The “XXX” is a random value between 1 and 254, so it is no longer possible to establish the true identity of the visitor.
4. Data Usage
The data are used to measure, customize, and improve our services. We may aggregate this data in order to create statistical information regarding our services and its use, which we may then share with third parties or make publicly available. However, none of this information would include anything that could be used to identify you individually.
5. Third-Party Providers
Within our online offer, we make use of content or service offerings (e.g. videos/fonts) based on our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO)
The third-party need to make use of the ip address of the user, to be able to send content to the browser of the user. Third-party providers may also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also known as “web beacons”) for statistical or marketing purposes. Pixel tags can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. The pseudonymous information may also be stored in cookies on the user’s device and may include technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, visiting time and other information about the use of our online offer, as well as may be linked to such information from other sources.
The following provides an overview of third-party providers and their contents, together with links to their data protection declarations, which contain further information on the processing of data and, in some cases already mentioned here, possibilities of objection (so-called opt-out):
